Recruiter/HR/Assistant
Exactstaff Staffing Agency is looking for someone who can wear many hats. Must be comfortable with people and be able to perform interviews for our staffing agency stationed in our clients company. With this role you will Assist the Regional Staffing manager and act as her second in command when she is traveling. This positions responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Interviewing walk ins as well as scheduled intakes
performing e-verifications and workers comp. checks
able to search sources for new openings, sometimes with a days notice
Able to call all references
The liason between company staff and temps
HR for all issues with employees including payroll, attendance, Disciplinary actions, Etc
Must be comfortable with: Outlook, excel, word.
Compensation upon experience, please attach resume
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
