We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support to a busy, disorganized, but ambitious law firm owner, and an outstanding team of legal professionals.
You'll be the front-line face of the firm greeting clients when they arrive, answering client and prospect calls, directing office traffic, answer a multitude of questions in a friendly and timely manner, and acting as a critical component on our legal production process, and serve as a utility player in office operations.
You will be involved in implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.
Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travelCreate and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reportsOversee online and print marketing efforts Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issuesCustomer service experience in our industry is preferredShows ability to quickly finish very detailed work Associate's degree preferred but not required to applyEnjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channelsAbout Company:
