is a leading electrical contractor with over 1400 employees across New England and the Southeast.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking to add a proactive, detail oriented and organized Payroll Systems Analyst to join our Accounting team.
This is an exciting time for our company as we transition to a new Payroll system.
This role will serve as a liaison between Information Technology, Payroll and Human Resources and participate in the system design, test, implementation and on-going support, maintenance and reporting from current and future Payroll systems.
This position requires strong knowledge of Payroll practices and applications, an understanding of Integrated Payroll and Human Resources applications, experience with analysis and report writing, and systems implementation.
Knowledge of Oracle, OBIEE, BI Publisher and Microsoft SQL are a plus.
Bachelors degree in MIS, Finance or related field and 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with Information Technology, Human Resources, Payroll to ensure that systems meet the end user needs while maintaining the confidentiality and compliance standards required Data management Creating and maintaining reports For any new or existing Payroll system, creating the framework, assisting with the testing/rollout and preparing/maintaining procedural documentation Troubleshooting and providing training and support to end users Along with competitive compensation, Wayne J.
